ONE-ON-ONE

One-on-One service is designed to help aspiring and existing business owners hone their vision, establish clear goals, and devise applicable strategies. This is a three-part service which includes a pre-assessment, live sessions, and report containing findings and solutions. This is one of Niki’s most requested services and is primarily for those who can benefit from Niki’s expertise as it relates to their specific needs.

GROUPS

Niki enjoys helping groups improve by shedding light on areas of improvement and providing principles and strategies on how to do so. In the early phases of her entrepreneurial journey hosted and trained women entrepreneurs through Business Over Brunch, an event that provided space for women to learn, connect, and grow by focusing on topics specifically pertaining to business. This service is ideal for small businesses and their teams, formal and informal groups of business owners, conferences, etc.

ON-SITE

As co-founder of a brick and mortar business and critical consumer, Niki knows what it takes to create a successful storefront in the digital age. With her on-site evaluations and corresponding consultations, Niki conducts a multi-phase process on everything from concept to customer experience. This service can be as comprehensive as coming alongside business owners from idea to grand opening or more simplified for those who have already begun the process.

ORGANIZATIONS

Niki loves working with organizations to incite large scale change and impact. Before departing from the Federal government, she spent the last four years of her career training the organization’s leaders. As a result of this experience and others, she is well versed in teaching and coaching both experienced and novice professionals.
